1. General terms<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>

The company i-Ruck GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “i-ruck”) provides various services and software products at www.kulibri.com. By using these services or software products, you agree to the Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “T&C”). Contractual partner of all users, regardless of the location of the company or residence of the natural person, is the company i-Ruck GmbH, Mangstra\u00dfe 15, 80997 Munich, Germany.<\/p>

2. Description of service<\/strong><\/h3>

i-ruck enables the use of software products for appointments, event invitations, various polls and calculation of group expenses. i-ruck reserves the right to extend or limit the type and scope of services at any time. i-ruck voluntarily provides technical support (“best effort”) exclusively via the deposited e-mail contact form and does not guarantee the availability of technical support.<\/p>

i-ruck is not liable for direct or indirect damages caused by the use of the services or by using the technical support. This applies in particular in the event that the services are permanently or temporarily unavailable. i-ruck does not guarantee that the services will function without errors or produce error-free results.<\/p>

3. Duties of users<\/strong><\/h3>

By using the services, you agree to use the services only in accordance with these terms and conditions and applicable laws. As far as i-ruck requires a registration, you are obliged to provide truthful information. The automated creation of user accounts is not permitted. Each user is responsible for the security of the password. i-ruck reserves the right to block the user account completely, especially if users violate these GTC or legal regulations or if the user accounts are inactive. Accounts are considered inactive if they have not been accessed for more than 1 year.<\/p>

If you use a profile picture or your own background picture, each user is responsible for ensuring that no copyrights or trademark rights are violated. Users exempt i-ruck from claims of third parties due to copyright or trademark infringements in full.<\/p>

i-ruck is entitled, but not obliged, to check illegal content and delete it if necessary. The following content in particular is not permitted:<\/p>

Pictures with racist, discriminatory or insulting content.
Images that promote and\/or glorify violence or hatred
Images with pornographic or sexually oriented content
In case of serious violations, i-ruck reserves the right to block the user account temporarily or permanently.<\/p>

4. kulibri Premium User accounts<\/strong><\/h3>

For the use of kulibri Premium services of any kind, it is a prerequisite to create an account. The subscription fee can be found in the current price list. i-ruck reserves the right to change the amount of the subscription fee.The subscription for the selected kulibri Premium service has a term of twelve (12) months from the date i-ruck receives full payment in advance. Subscriptions will automatically renew for twelve (12) calendar months at a time unless the subscription is cancelled (online) prior to expiration. The then current prices and terms of use will apply to the renewal period.<\/p>

5. Miscellaneous<\/strong><\/h3>

i-ruck is entitled to change or adapt these T&C at any time. Should individual provisions of these T&C be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
The T&C are final. Verbal side agreements do not exist. German law shall apply.
