What does kulibri cost?
You pay for your own account — not for the people taking part. Whether there are ten or three hundred participants: kulibri is always free for them, and they never need an account.

These conditions apply to polls created on or after 8 November 2026. Older polls keep what they had.
Two examples
A nursery invites 60 parents to a parents’ evening
Invitations are sent directly from kulibri, even to more than 50 addresses. Anyone who does not reply automatically receives a reminder. And because families are involved, each pair of parents only sees their own reply — not who else has accepted or declined.
A course instructor plans eight sessions with limited places
Full sessions get a waiting list. Anyone who has not signed up by 48 hours beforehand can no longer join. If a session is cancelled, a message goes to everyone who has signed up.
Cancelable at any time
No annual contract trap. You cancel whenever you want — to the end of the term.
Data in Germany
Servers in Germany, GDPR-compliant, no data trading.
Price per organiser
Not per member. Even 200 participants cost nothing extra.

The invoice can be issued to your club, school or sponsoring organisation.
Frequently asked questions about the price
Do my participants pay anything?
No, never. Participants do not need an account and pay nothing — however many there are and however often you invite them. Only your own account is paid for.
What happens after a year?
Premium renews automatically for another year. You can cancel at any time at the end of the paid year — in your account, without emailing support.
What happens to my polls if I do not renew?
Nothing is lost. Your account and all polls remain in place, and participants keep their access. Only the Premium features are no longer available.
Can I try it first?
Yes, with no time limit. The free plan does not expire and does not require a credit card. Most polls never need anything else.
How do I pay?
Online, directly in the app, through our payment provider Mollie. Premium is activated immediately. Ordering on invoice with a bank transfer later is not available.
But you receive a complete invoice immediately, which you can download from your account and submit to your organisation’s treasurer.
Can I get an invoice for my club or school?
Yes. Enter your organisation’s billing details in your account — they will then appear on every invoice, even if the account is in your name.
Several people organise things for us. Does everyone need Premium?
No. With Premium, you can add sub-admins — other people who help manage your polls without needing their own Premium account.
What if someone else takes over organising for us?
The account can be handed over: the previous person changes the email address in their account to their successor’s address. We send a code to the new address for confirmation. The polls, contacts and Premium then belong to the new account — nothing needs to be created again.
This is easiest while the previous person still has access to their account — so arrange the handover before someone leaves. If that is no longer possible, our support team handles the handover once you can demonstrate that you have taken over the role.
Are there discounts for clubs and schools?
No — the price is already calculated that way. €36 a year for an entire organisation is less than discounted plans at other providers cost. We think it is more honest to offer a low price for everyone than a high one with exceptions.
Can I pay monthly?
No, only annually. At €3 a month, the fees for twelve separate payments would make up a noticeable part of the price. We save ourselves and you that cost.
I currently pay €24 — what applies to me?
Your price stays unchanged until your next renewal. After that, the new price of €36 applies. Polls you created before 8 November 2026 permanently keep the conditions they had then.
Do I need a data processing agreement?
If you process personal data for an organisation, generally yes. We provide a DPA in German — just send us a short message through support.
